Kaylee's First Time at a Real Sporting Event

Friday night Josh, Kaylee and I headed to a big game for my brother-in-law Matt's high school girls basketball team (he's the coach, as you might assume). They are like this amazing team and this was a game against one of my high school's old rivals. It's a team that every school in the area just wants to beat more than any other team and sure enough Matt's team did just that. It was an exciting game!
Above is me holding Kaylee and Matt's mom holding our niece Audrey. Audrey couldn't stop staring at Kaylee and I think Kaylee was just worried about getting her face's best side in the picture. Haha! It was so funny/cute/sad (a little) when I was making a bottle for Kaylee at the game, Audrey caught a look at it and just stared at it as I shook it. When she realized it wasn't for her she began to cry so upset because she just thought she needed a bottle. So, Katie reached into the bag and quickly whipped one together for her. It was just so cute I thought.
Kaylee did so well with all the crazy noises, from screaming fans to horrifically loud buzzers. I never heard such loud buzzers. Kaylee did jump at the first buzzer with her hands clenched in little fists by her face but she adjusted very quickly. I am her mother and therefore she is used to loud noises so it wasn't too much of an adjustment for her I don't think! Haha!

I thought this picture was soooo cute of Kaylee. She looks so sweet cuddling with her "boo bear blanket". I don't know why but that is what I have named this little blankie from her Aunt Jo and Uncle Fred.

Here is Kaylee again on the left with cousin Audrey in the bleachers. Josh and I must be getting old. I never remember the bleachers ever hurting our tuccusses so badly! If there was ever a time where I needed one of those little donuts to sit on... that time was Friday night!
